WHO WINS?

I will start by talking about Jiren in Dragon Ball super anime. Jiren is the strongest antagonist beating Goku blue kaioken times 20, Vegeta blue evolution, golden Freiza and Android 17 like they weren't even a challenge for him. Nobody knows how Jiren got that strong but he is one of the strongest characters Goku has ever faced to make you an idea on how strong Jiren is; he pushed Goku's universal spirit bomb, he defeated Goku blue kaioken times 20 just with his eyes, he almost defeated Goku complete ultra-instinct as well-being par on par with him the entire fight even pushing his command we have back but Goku one because of the power of the friendship and some plot armor and is hard to know who would win a new fight between them even if Mira said that when Goku will achieve again ultra-instinct completed he will be unbeatable.

Broly is the legendary super saiyan and he appeared in Dragon Ball super Broly and he fought Goku blue post tournament of power, he adapts very fast and increases his power level while he is fighting his base form combined with his aeroform being on blue level. His power is close to Vegita because in super saiyan he was trading blows with a serious Vageta super saiyan and even if Vageta was in full power it’s just impressive Broly's strongest transformation is full power super saiyan known as legendary super saiyan transformation which is 500 times base form. Why is 500 times base form Broly against Goku and Vegeta achieved as aeroform in his base without transforming and after he turned super saiyan he was able to use this as aero state again in his super form being ten times stronger and therefore, he punched Vegeta so bad but didn't knock him out.

Now comparing them to let's say that Jiren used 10% of his power against Goku blue kaioken times 20 and Vegeta blue evolution which combined are 40 times blue because they are equal and don't say that blue evolution is stronger or more than 20 times blue because it's not like that Jiren 10% is 40 times blue if we double it Jiren 20% should be 80 times blue we double it again Jiren 40% is 160 times blue an if we double it again Jiren 80% is 380 times base form an if you know math Jiren full power is 475 times. We don't know how much power Jiren did use against Goku kaioken times 20 and Vegeta blue evolution, but I think 10% Jiren is too overpowered and in my opinion. Jiren used like 20% to 40% against him during tournament of power you can do these calculations by yourself and let me know in the comments what numbers did you get.

Jiren full power won't be enough in terms of power to Broly but Jiren is a skilled fighter who outmatched even Goku ultra-instinct completed an until Broly trains and learns how to fight, Jiren can one shot him because Jiren is a better martial artist and a better fighter in terms of skills even than Goku and let's not forget that Goku had to use ultra-instinct in order to beat Jiren. Just imagine how strong Jiren can be if he achieves ultra-instinct as a conclusion Broly is stronger in terms of strength and power, but Jiren can beat him because of the skills and techniques.
